If you don't have a voucher, you will need to contact one of our referral agencies, which can be found here.
If you have a voucher/code, you will need to attend one of our nine centres located around Medway to exchange it for a food parcel.
If you are unable to get to us, a friend or relative can collect your parcel on your behalf as long as they have the voucher code.
