Give Help

Partner with us

Your organisation or business could help us make a real difference in the local community.

The support of local and national organisations and businesses is vital to the running of our foodbank. We’d love your organisation to help us tackle food poverty on your doorstep. There are lots of ways to get involved, from volunteering with us a team building activity, to sharing your expertise.

  • Organise a fundraising event to help make sure that no-one has to go hungry.
  • Sponsor or donate equipment to help with the day-to-day running of the foodbank.
  • Hold a team building day – volunteer with us and see how many food donations your team can sort and pack for people in crisis.
  • Ask your staff to share their workplace skills with our volunteers to make us more effective.
  • Run a food drive at your offices.

If your organisation shares our belief that no-one should go hungry in our local area, we would love to hear from you.

To find out more about getting involved please contact us.

Local Business Support

Read below about how one local company kindly supports us.

‘The acronym CSR stands for Corporate Social Responsibility.  The overriding philosophy is “what goes around comes around”.  Local businesses rely heavily on the local community to become successful, and the theory here is that since the community helped build up the business, the business therefore has an ultimate responsibility to give back to that community.  Here at Accounting Connections Limited our want to give back to the local community runs deep in our core business values, and is felt by the whole team.  We support the Medway Foodbank in whatever way we can, and will continue to do so for as long as possible.  The Medway Foodbank has provided a lifeline for so many people in need in our local community, and we are proud to know that our contribution helps them achieve that.’
