Job Title: Volunteer Co-ordinator
Medway Foodbank – Help in the Community
Location: Based on Medway City Estate, Strood and with regular visits to our 9
Centres around Medway.
Salary: £23,492 FTE (£12698 pro rata)
Hours: 20 hours/week. Tue 1100-1500, Wed 0900-1600, Thu 1000-1400, Fri 0900-1400.
Contract: One-year fixed term contract.

We are looking for someone kind and caring to join our small team and take on the role of Volunteer Co-ordinator. You will be responsible for our amazing 140+ volunteers across the Medway Foodbank network, playing a crucial role in ensuring we can provide vital support to those in need.

As Volunteer Co-ordinator, you will:
• Help recruit, train, and manage our fantastic volunteers.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to our volunteer team.
• Help ensure our volunteers feel valued and appreciated.
